Shipping policy

Where we ship

piani. ships within the United States only. We currently do not ship to international addresses or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time

Every order is prepared for you with our piani. label. Please allow 5–9 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.

Delivery time

Once shipped, standard delivery within the US takes 3–5 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 8–14 business days of purchase.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please check the email address you used at checkout, including your spam folder.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at shop@piani-beauty.com with your order number and we'll help.
